Quick press the power button to toggle between RF wireless and Bluetooth modes. When the headset is paired, the status LED will blink blue. With the headset powered on, enable pairing by holding the MFB until the status LED rapid blinks red and blue. Perhaps they put it in the box, but nothing on the site. They don’t ship these with a charger, and nowhere on the site do they list the charger requirements or best performance instruction. The worst thing about that though, I spent time doing some research on the manufacturer website. Unless you charging it through the pc was the issue
